Genocide, Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes are Case Studies in Criminal
Responsibility
Freedom of Speech and Incitement to Criminal Activity, is the last what we need right now. We need a delicate balance and that we can only get from the ICC. Come what may.
Fairness of the Proceedings, that is what we need
I and many others have nothing to loose, we will bring everything in the open when the ICC call on us, even open Pandoras box, when needed. We appealed to the ICC because Nujoma and other officials refused to provide us with our pay outs and information on the certain cases, where ex SWATF and Koevoet got killed by the NDF after independence of Namibia. Many "accidents" happen to us (ex Koevoet and ex SWATF) untill today in Namibia. Why shall we be silence?
Human rights violations is not what we need, human rights issues must be solved, the expression of support for a strong civil society, freedom of expression and for an open debate, is all what we ask for. No need to toi-toi around.
We have backup from many EU organisation of human rights and civil liberty, also in the USA and Canada.
The Namibian government and the ruling SWAPO condemned the call for an international investigation. Why?
The Hague-based ICC was set up to prosecute individuals for genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes, let us not forget it, let us stay focused.
I'm no boot licker or gat kruiper and this is no flip out, okay?
Call me a storm in a tea cup or what ever, I simply do not care.
